Due to the nature of digital content and instant access, all sales made on Bizample are final and non-refundable.
1. No Refund Policy
Once a case study is purchased and access is granted, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
Please ensure you’ve reviewed the case study title and description before purchasing.
2. Exceptions
If payment was deducted and access was not provided due to a technical error, we will resolve the issue or offer store credit if applicable.

3. Duplicate Payments
In the rare case of duplicate charges, we will verify the issue and issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
4. Subscription Clause (Future Use)
Currently, all case studies are available via one-time payments. If we launch a subscription model in the future, a separate refund and cancellation policy will be created.
